Richard La Belle

Richard La Belle is the CEO of Family Network on Disabilities, which has served persons with disabilities and their families throughout Florida and the U.S. for over 35 years. Prior to becoming CEO in 2005, Mr. La Belle practiced law for nearly 20 years, concentrating in the areas of disability law, including special needs trusts. Mr. La Belle and his wife are the parents of four grown children, including those who have disabilities.

Laura Mattson

Laura Mattson has served the Non-Profit and Disability Communities in myriad ways over the past eight years. Laura began her career with Family Network on Disabilities serving in an administrative support role to the Visions program, which focused on providing support, resources, and education to people with disabilities within the Native American population. Laura then progressed to utilize her over 25 years of Management and Human Resources experience to become the Director of Operations for FND and the Trust Director for FND Trust Services.

Nelson Perez

After spending many years in the sales and marketing industries, including the professional sports and mortgage arenas, Nelson Perez joined FND Trust Services in 2012. In his capacity as Senior Trust Advisor, Nelson is the constant point of contact for our beneficiaries, their attorneys, and structure brokers, from pre-consultation to implementation. Nelson also works tirelessly in development for FND Trust Services, meeting with potential clients to showcase the strengths and client focus of our company. Nelson’s extensive knowledge of trust administration, coupled with his background in real estate, affords our clients the peace of knowing they are in capable, compassionate hands. Nelson is a proud graduate of the University of Tampa and lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife, two daughters, and son.
