• Susie Holcombe

  Office Manager

  Katherine and I have been working together since the agency opened in 2006. Our office is very family friendly, in fact, Katherine and I have been friends since Kindergarten. I manage the office and focus on keeping our agency highly rated in customer satisfaction. I am a Clearwater native and graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in Education. When I am not working, I am planning my next adventure with my husband Pete and my two daughters, Gabby and Allie.

  Account Representative

  I am a native of Clearwater and enjoy seeing familiar faces coming through our office doors! I help customers with their Auto, Home, Life and Health Insurance needs. I have been working at Katherine Jones State Farm Agency since 2016 and like meeting with our customers and learning about what matters to them. I love spending my free time with my three children and two dogs, a Boxer and a Pug. You may also see us volunteering in the community with beach clean-ups and animal rescue groups.

  I joined Katherine Jones State Farm Agency in 2019. I assist customers daily with their Home, Auto, Life, and Health Insurance needs. I am a native of Clearwater. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, and being out on the water. I have three fur-babies, Beckham, Oakley, and Maverick.   I am a member of the Katherine Jones State Farm team and I can assist you with payments, customer service questions and updates to your policies! I am a native Floridian and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I have two dachshunds, Reese & Emmie. I enjoy being with my friends & family, shopping the local farmers markets and interior design!

  I am a Customer Service Representative in our office. Each day I assist customers with answers to their policy questions and provide helpful information on their accounts. I am a graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations. I manage the social media and community outreach for our agency. We enjoy supporting our local schools and businesses. We salute our front line workers, active military, veterans, first responders and our local lifeguards. I enjoy sailing and enjoying our beautiful local beaches.
